On Friday, January 31st, Mackenzie participated in the 2014 Southeastern Iowa Youth Honor Choir. It was a day long event filled with practice, practice, practice and a little more practice! The kids did a fantastic job and were exhausted by the end of the day.  Scroll down to watch videos from their performance!

Today we spent a lot of time at the new house fixing a few things (new light fixtures), cleaning (kitchen cupboards), and playing outside (4-wheeler sledding).  The kids had a great time and Mackenzie even brought a friend!

We closed on our new house last night! It is out in the country with 3.67 acres. We have some fixing up to do before we move and want to finish up the school year here, but we plan to spend a lot of time out there until then.
